BicycleDailyTicket NRW
The ideal supplement for all tours that go beyond the VRS area.
With the BicycleDailyTicket NRW, you can take your bike beyond the borders of the VRS area throughout NRW.
The prerequisite is, of course, that you have a valid ticket yourself. If you are travelling with a group that has a group ticket, each bike needs its own ticket.
For tours within the VRS area, we recommend the Bicycle Ticket. For regular bicycle transport beyond the VRS network, there is the NRWupgradeFahrrad for season ticket holders.

The FahrradTagesTicket NRW is valid in combination with any NRW public transport ticket for any number of journeys throughout NRW on the day of validity as well as on individual routes outside NRW.
It is not transferable after the start of the journey. One ticket is required per bicycle.
The regulations on bicycle transport in the NRW conditions of carriage apply.

For safety reasons (battery fire hazard), e-scooters are generally excluded from travelling on trains, light rail vehicles and buses operated by transport companies in the VRS!
Pedelecs, electric wheelchairs and four-wheeled electric scooters for people with reduced mobility are not affected by the ban, as their batteries fulfil higher safety requirements.
